This site exists to consolidate teaching materials, clinical decision tools, and team resources built over years of practice in the PICU and CICU. Everything here is designed to be practically useful at the bedside — not a literature review, not a textbook chapter.

The sick kid who doesn't fit the algorithm is the one this site is really for.

Clinical interests: Renal replacement therapy, cardiac critical care, mechanical ventilation, and multisystem critical illness in children.

Education: Journal clubs, structured lectures, and teaching series for trainees at all levels.

Tools: Building clinical decision support and reference tools that reduce cognitive load in high-acuity environments.
